Spinita Casino Terms and Conditions Governing Your Account
These Terms form the agreement between you and Borse Limited for use of Spinita. Read them before registration or payment. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you understand and accept the current Terms, game rules, promotion conditions and policies incorporated into them.
1. Operator and licence
Spinita is operated by Borse Limited under Anjouan Gaming Authority licence ALSI-062403002-FI6. Formal company and notice details are published in the current legal footer and form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement and permitted to gamble under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for accurate registration information and for keeping it current. We permit one personal account per player, household, device, payment source or other linked environment where the Terms apply that restriction.
3. Account security
Keep your password and registered email secure. Activity completed with valid credentials can be treated as authorised until you notify us of a compromise. Do not sell, transfer, share or allow another person to operate the account.
4. Verification and financial checks
We may request identity, age, address, payment ownership and source-of-funds evidence. Documents must be genuine, current, complete and legible. Account functions or transactions can be held during a lawful review. False, altered or third-party information can lead to cancellation of transactions, removal of rewards or account closure.
5. Deposits
Use a payment method in your own name and select the correct account currency. The general deposit floor is £20, subject to the amount displayed for the chosen route. We do not extend credit. Deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before withdrawal unless the cashier or law requires a different treatment.
6. Bonuses and free spins
Every promotion has separate terms. The welcome sequence totals 225% up to £4,000 plus 380 free spins across five deposits. The first three stages use 35x wagering, activated rewards expire after seven days and the maximum bonus stake is £5. Free-spin winnings can carry a £200 payout ceiling. Stages must be completed in order.
Prohibited bonus conduct includes exceeding the maximum stake, using excluded games, coordinating accounts, delaying game rounds to manipulate wagering or creating duplicate accounts. A breach can result in reward and related winnings being removed.
7. Games and results
The rules and paytable displayed inside each game govern stakes, features and settlement. Confirm the selected stake before starting a round. A game interruption does not create a right to a favourable result; completed records on the server control settlement. Report a disputed round promptly with the title, time, stake and round identifier.
8. Withdrawals
The general withdrawal floor is £20. Payment routes can depend on the deposit method, account currency and completed verification. Published payout ceilings are £5,000 per week and £15,000 per month under account terms. Approved e-wallet and crypto transactions can move within hours, while cards and bank transfers can take one to seven business days after processing.
9. Errors and irregular activity
Funds credited because of a technical, pricing, payment or settlement error do not become valid winnings. We may correct the balance and investigate suspicious, fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity. You must not exploit a known fault and should report it to support.
10. Player controls for spend, time and account access
Deposit, loss, wagering and session limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are available. Restrictions apply according to their confirmed scope and duration. Attempting to bypass a control through another account is prohibited.
11. Suspension and closure
You may request closure through support. We may suspend or close an account for breach, fraud risk, verification failure, harmful activity or legal obligation. Legitimate remaining funds are handled according to completed checks, deductions and applicable law.
12. Complaints
Contact support with the account email, disputed action, date, amount and relevant evidence. We review the account record and provide a response through the registered channel. Escalation information appears in the complaints process or licence documentation where applicable.
13. Liability and changes
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Service interruptions, provider failures and events beyond reasonable control are handled within applicable law. We may revise these Terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons and will publish the updated date and any notice required.
14. Governing provisions
The governing law and dispute forum stated in the current Terms apply together with mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate.
